Vitamin K2 has been studied more thoroughly for bone health than vitamin K1. Vitamin K2 also promotes blood vessel health.*

Thorne’s Vitamin K2 delivers 1 mg of vitamin K2 (as MK-4) per drop. Vitamin K2 is dispensed with a metered dropper to make it easy and convenient to take. Research indicates that 15 mg of MK-4 may be taken up to three times daily.
