Return & Refund Policy

🛒 Physical Product Orders – Cancellations and Changes

All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Due to the therapeutic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We cannot cancel or modify an order once it is placed, so please ensure your selections and shipping details are correct.

If a product arrives damaged, please email us at info@drekberg.shop with photos of the damage so we can assist you.


🧪 Standard Process Orders – Cancellations and Restrictions

Standard Process products are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered.

Orders will be canceled with no refund if they violate Standard Process Terms of Use, including but not limited to:

  • Reselling on third-party platforms
  • Shipping to distribution warehouses
  • Drop shipping or wholesale redistribution

We process refunds as soon as possible once a return or cancellation is approved. However, delays can occur depending on how long it takes your bank or credit card company to finalize the transaction. Once we issue the refund, the timing is out of our control, and it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.


📦 Returns for Non-Supplement Products

Some non-supplement items may be eligible for return (e.g. PEMF mats, beds, blankets, toys), but require pre-approval. Please email us before sending anything back.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, clean, and in original packaging.
  • Items showing wear, hair, odor, or contamination will not be refunded.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

We process refunds as soon as possible once a return or cancellation is approved. ❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Supplements and personal care items
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Perishable goods
  • Opened or used products
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Digital products (protocols, courses, consultations, downloads)
  • Health tests that have already been sent to a lab
  • Products purchased on third-party sites (e.g. Thorne.com or Spri.ng)

Vendor policy violations (Standard Process, HVS, BrainTap, etc.) also void eligibility for refund or return.


💻 Digital Products & Online Courses

All digital products, including courses, assessments, webinars, and downloads, are non-refundable. Access to digital content is considered delivery and cannot be reversed.


🔁 Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.


💳 Subscription Policy & Account Management

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Customers are responsible for managing their subscriptions and account information.

  • To cancel a subscription, please log into your account (you may need to create an account - subscriptions do not automatically create an account) and follow the cancellation steps.
  • To update your billing information or shipping address, please log into your account and edit your details.
  • We cannot cancel subscriptions retroactively or refund charges due to missed cancellation.
