Iβm taking it as directed. Itβs not something that I would notice on such a short term. I hope itβll start clearing my arteries as it claimed, but they said donβt expect any over night results, it may take months or even up to two years for me to experience any benefits. But I am hopeful.

The powder disolves easily in my homemade distilled water. I prefer mixing one scoop with about one half cup and then wash down with another cup of clear water. I believe I am getting a more complete product than with the liquid trace minerals I have taken for several years. Thank you for developing a great alternative! I am an 82 year-old female and have no early morning leg cramping as long as I remember to take my daily scoop.
