I really like this turmeric supplementโฆ I mean I canโt really feel anything from it but I believe itโs one of the best turmeric formulations available. I donโt really notice any effects from any of the supplements I take. However, a few years ago I ruptured one of my FHL tendons. Never got it repaired because that would have required 6 months (at least) of non weight bearing activity. I am 62 and I donโt want anything slowing me down. I think and hope these pills might be helping reduce any lingering inflammation in the affected foot.
This has a very good flavor & helps me with not getting dehydrated.
