This is my second bottle, I want to believe and feel that Turmeric Forte is giving my body the benefits from taking curcumin at the cellular level with fenugreek extract compared to ground pepper. I still need to feel myself after I finished the 60 tablets.
Tastes a little different than the last order but still fine. I see they also dropped the coloring for the lemon lime flavor.

I've been dragging through my workouts fasted or not, thought maybe it was just being 60 years old.
