Shipping Origin
- Products from Standard Process are shipped directly from their certified organic farm to ensure the highest quality and freshness.
- Products from Euvexia are shipped directly from a location near the manufacture to ensure the highest quality and freshness.
- All other products ordered from DrEkberg.Shop are shipped from Dr. Ekberg's clinic, Wellness For Life, located at 5920 Odell St, Cumming, GA 30040.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days, though delivery is often faster. Please note that the estimated delivery time begins after your order has been processed and shipped
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the order size and destination. Orders totaling over $250 are eligible for free shipping
- Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: We offer a variety of shipping options through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, etc to meet your needs.
Processing Time
- Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the order, shipping address, or billing address. To ensure quick and efficient fulfillment, our process starts immediately after your order is confirmed. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number. You may also login to your account.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your shipment confirmation email. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products promptly.
