Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions
Certain products at DrEkberg.Shop are available through recurring subscriptions.
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges and deliveries according to the pricing, frequency, and terms displayed at checkout. Your payment information is stored securely by our payment processing providers.
Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected schedule until canceled.
Managing or Canceling Subscriptions
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time to prevent future eligible renewals.
Customers are responsible for managing their subscriptions and making changes before their next renewal order is processed.

Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped.
Orders processed before cancellation remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Refusing delivery or returning an unwanted subscription shipment does not automatically qualify that order for a refund.
Pre-Orders
Certain products may be offered for pre-order before they are available for shipment.
Product availability, estimated shipping dates, and payment terms will be disclosed when the pre-order is placed.
Pre-orders may require full payment, partial payment, or payment when the product becomes available, depending on the offer.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before fulfillment begins.
If a pre-order is canceled before fulfillment and payment has been collected, the amount paid for the canceled items will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. Shipped orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
If we cannot fulfill a pre-order within the applicable shipping timeframe, we will provide the notices, cancellation options, and refunds required by law.
Try Before You Buy
DrEkberg.Shop does not currently offer try-before-you-buy purchasing options.
If this option becomes available, its payment, trial, return, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase.
