Meet Dr. Sten Ekberg

Dr. Sten Ekberg is a Doctor of Chiropractic, former Olympic decathlete, health educator, and founder of DrEkberg.Shop and Wellness For Life.

His background in elite athletics, chiropractic, nutrition, functional wellness, and human performance shaped his commitment to understanding how the body functions and how people can support their health through informed lifestyle choices.

Dr. Ekberg has devoted decades to studying health, nutrition, metabolism, brain function, movement, and performance. His goal is to help people move beyond memorizing health advice and instead understand the principles behind how the body works.

Through his extensive YouTube health education library , Dr. Ekberg teaches people around the world about nutrition, insulin resistance, metabolism, fasting, blood work, exercise, brain health, and whole-body wellness.

Before beginning his professional career in health and wellness, Dr. Ekberg competed internationally as an elite decathlete.

• Swedish national decathlon record in 1992 with 8,246 points
• Swedish national decathlon champion in 1985, 1987, 1990, 1991, and 1992
• Swedish national heptathlon champion in 1989 and 1993

Dr. Ekberg’s experience in elite athletics gave him a lifelong interest in human potential, performance, recovery, and the relationship between physical health and mental function.

Meet Kelly Tice

Kelly Tice, N.D., C.N.C., has worked closely with Dr. Ekberg for many years and conducts Wellness For Life’s remote educational consultations.

Kelly helps clients better understand their blood work, wellness goals, and available next steps using Dr. Ekberg’s educational framework. She works closely with Dr. Ekberg and the Wellness For Life team to provide a consistent and supportive educational experience.

Consultations are educational in nature and are not conducted by Dr. Ekberg.
