This is amazing I was diagnosed with IBS -C as a child always had stomach issues and have no Gallbladder. I took two and you could taste the enzymes or what’s in the when you put in mouth to swallow I also took aloe Vera 500 mg. But my Gosh woke up and went this morning and all stuck food came out!!!
