Each Serving Size (1 Tablet) contains: Vitamin B12 6 mcg. Proprietary Blend 355 mg: Bovine liver, organic carrot, organic sweet potato, calciumlactate, porcine stomach parenchyma, bovine spleen, ovine spleen, bovine adrenal Cytosol extract, organic oat flour, and ascorbic acid. Other Ingredients: Cellulose, honey, dicalcium phosphate, and cyanocobalamin.

Q: What form of B12 is used in this product?
A: The B12 in Cataplex B12 is Cyanocobalamin.

Q: I’ve read that it’s best to take a B12 compels so it time releases through our your day.. are these time releases?
A: Standard Process - Cataplex B12 is not formulated to be a time release tablet. It will absorb naturally through your body after you take it. The recommended dose is 1 tablet per day, and it should not matter when it is taken.

Q: Why don’t you use methylated B12 instead of cyanocobalamin?
A: Unfortunately, Standard Process does not have a methylated B vitamin at this time. But they are aware of the growing concern and need for methylated B vitamins. Here are some helpful foods to include in the diet for methylation support: dark leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, liver, beets, beans and legumes, okra, mushrooms, seeds, turmeric, rosemary, berries, and teas.
